Affairs at 2.55 uur pm, a digital project at the ministry of Social Affairs
and Employment, The Hague, commissioned by Atelier Rijksbouwmeester, 2004
The project shows a digital map of the 7 floors of the ministry. At this map one can click acts that the employees conduct around 2.55 pm. At the website employees can propose acts. These are being re-enacted in front of my camera by the employees themselves. Throughout these day-to-day acts, the project aims to show a diametrical view of the ministry at precisely one moment in time.
Social Affairs at 2.55 pm was online at the internal network of the ministry from September 1 till November 31, 2004.
